Southside La Crosse Location - 2801 Losey Blvd: You will find our office at the corner of Ward Ave and Losey Blvd in the same office suite as Unity Fitness and Revive Wellness. When you arrive for your appointment, come in through the front doors and take a left. You will go through another door (there may be a receptionist for Revive Wellness at the second desk). There will be a waiting room off to the left where you can wait until your therapist.
